The Vision 2020 plan was designed with the idea of Black Stone Minerals finding an ERP that could carry us into the year 2020. During this process I lead a team of analyst in migrating data from our legacy system (Solomon) to our new ERP (Quorum). During this process IT professionals provided data to the business for user acceptance testing (UAT). Testing included 4 passes of data and freezing data in both systems allowing business users to test the accuracy of data.Coordinated, organized, and participated in migrating Black Stone's Enterprise Resource Package from MS Solomon to Quorum. Responsibilities included extracting data from Solomon tables and formatting the data according to Quorum specifications to allow easier data loads into Quorum tables. Lead a team while working with Quorum ERP staff on data mapping all MS Solomon tables to Quorum tables. Created tables in SQL Server following Quorum guide lines regarding data positioning for uploads of data being extracted from Solomon. Migrated over all existing Crystal Reports when Black Stone changed Enterprise Resource Packages (ERP). This included modifying all reports to point to new database table names to reflect the new ERP tables and also modifying store procedures and views to reflect new database tables names.Created and designed a custom import process that normalized the data for our Joint Interest Billing department that allowed the uploading of joint interest billing statements into company ERP.
