Ed was great to work with on the City of Lynden's Retail Market Analysis. He was able to share information with a broad spectrum of people in ways they could understand. His work was on-time and on-budget. Ed also went out of his way to assist us with ideas for re-development of a key building in our downtown core that was destroyed by fire shortly after his visit. I would definitely hire Ed again.

Pitney Bowes (also known as MapInfo) was selected to conduct a Retail Market Analysis. Mr. Borden was found to be a professional, detail oriented and knowledgeable representative. As a result, we received a substantive document which assisted in our business recruitment efforts.

This role requires producing, overseeing, and reviewing sales forecasts, developing market deployment strategies, and performing problem store analyses. Oversees the development of custom programmed, turn-key sales optimization and forecast modeling systems. This requires the analysis of trade area extents, new store maturity rates, competition, demographic/psychographic correlations, site characteristics, sister-store cannibalization and sales decay over distance.
