Works as a strategic business partner with Region leadership in order to align maintenance operations with objectives. Provides leadership, management and development to a team of associates, currently but not limited to 3 - 5 Managers as well as individual contributors and supplier partners. Ensures compliance with local, state, federal regulations and all internal requirements. Emphasis is on, safety, scheduling, quality management, workforce planning, staffing, coaching and training. Develops and executes fleet capital and operating budgets Oversees, organizes and maintains a company fleet of over 300 vehicles/fleet equipment. Uses extensive knowledge of fleet operations principles and best practices for a multi-facility, geographically dispersed service company. Leadership and management skills, including performance coaching, training and development.
