My recent representations include an appeal that resulted in the reversal of the dismissal of a multi-million dollar antitrust claim, an appeal that resulted in reversal of a multi-million dollar judgment based on an alleged conspiracy to rig the bidding of a government contract, an appeal that reversed the reversal of the dismissal of a multi-million dollar fraud claim, and an appeal that led to the Missouri Court of Appeals recognizing a report's privilege limiting discovery in libel cases.
