I witnessed Eddie serving as great and project-oriented leader. Not only did he manage several teams, but served as a mentor for his Soldiers. He was professional and personally involved by providing direct guidance, helping his Soldiers further develop their education (work related and college related), and was well trusted by his supervisors. If I ever had the chance to work with Eddie again within any capacity, I would not hesitate. Eddie is technically and proficiently sound. The one thing that sets Eddie apart from his peers is that he is relentless in utilizing every resource within his grasp. As a result, Eddie coordinated missions that would have failed without his direct involvement. Eddie is a must select for any organization that seeks direct and bold leadership.
