Promoted after 4 months from the Mobile Customer Support Team. Lead the email customer care team to achieve a 5% icrease in CSI from 80% to the companies new target of 85% within 6 weeks. I also dealt with HR matters including disciplinary hearings, recruitment, staff appraisals and performance reviews and managing attendance. I was able to coach and develop employees to progress and achieve promotion within the call centre up to Level 1 agents.
