Edward is a self-motivator and is never afraid to step up and help his co-workers and teammates. I had the pleasure of being able to work with Edward on NAMI-OC's Signature Programs, and he played an integral role in helping us build relationships, improve communication, and transparency with our volunteers and teachers. He has a unique ability to be empathetic and connect with others and build long-lasting relationships. When we were navigating our Signature Programs to a virtual platform, Edward played a key role in ensuring that we were following guidelines and policies to keep the fidelity of our programs. He also assisted me closely on a new initiative called C.A.R.E. Together , which was a monthly webinar series focusing on promoting awareness around sensitive topics related to diversity and inclusion. He never failed to bring in a panel of amazing speakers. It has been a pleasure to work alongside you. Thank you so much for all you do!
Anushe Shoro, M.A.

I am grateful to have the pleasure of working with such an empathetic and willing individual. Thank you Ed, for all you do!
