Ted was selected for the position of Goldstrike Mineral Resources Manager after an exhausting +12 month search for a suitable candidate. Ted brought extensive near-mine exploration, open pit and underground mining experience Goldstrike from his previous roles inclusive of Barrick, Sutton Resources and Kinross. Importantly Ted's calm, measured, thoughtful and collaborative approach were key hallmarks of his management style. All attributes needed for a successful Manager of a Tier 1 globally significant gold producing mine. Married to a successful management and leadership skill set was a deep technical understanding and willingness to drive projects + tasks to success with lots of energy without micromanagement. Ted was liked by all and came highly recommended into this position. He lived up to all expectations and gained the respect of all staff rapidly. I strongly recommend Ted to any company wishing a dynamic and technically excellent individual to build and drive their Geology teams.
