I was attached to the World Bank supported Uganda Institutional Reform Project with the objective of restructuring Kampla City Council for improved revenue growth. The project also extended support to the country's decentralisation reforms initiated in 1992. I attended a series of training of trainers' workshops on Decentralisation in Uganda, as well as a 4-week insight into financial management, report writing and presentation at Uganda Management Institute.
