  As the Operations Administrator of Recon Security Ltd, I it was my responsibility to devise and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies.   During my tenure at BCM International Group, I was promoted through roles of increasing scope and responsibility from the position of Procurement Supervisor to Supply Chain Manager, within one year. In my role as the Head of Procurement and Logistics, I analysed the procurement procedure to review and align the process to the company's objectives and strategies. I promoted the company's long-term goals, by designing and implementing an effective procurement business plan. I coordinated with cross-functional teams to assess project plans in order to implement better suited procurement logistics and inventory strategies.   At Golden Star Resources Ltd, I was promoted through roles of increasing scope and responsibility from the position of Administrative Assistant to Purchasing Assistant, and finally to Logistics Officer. As the Logistics and Expediting Officer, I collaborated with all user-departments to create a standardised RFP process to streamline the sourcing selections, bid assessments, and risk management prcocesses. I coordinated the annual and quarterly inventory appraisals with the finance department in order to reconcile value and cost.
