Ed Raynie is not only a true professional, but routinely goes out of his way to assist a colleague in need. No ask is too big or small, and he does so genuinely without the need to repatriate in any way. He recognizes those with key skills and talent that would be an asset to an organization and help promote and sponsor them whenever theres a match for a given open position. I've worked with Ed on past projects, client engagements and interactions for several years. I want to give a special thanks/recommendation to Ed Ranie who I worked with on a project for a shared client. Ed took the wheel and got us back to the center after multiple delays with a 3rd party provider delayed our implementation. Ed is very knowledgeable, never stopped working with the 3rd party provider, his team, or our client to make sure that every box was checked so that we did not stumble in front of your client. It’s easy when things are going bad to be unprofessional, but Ed stayed focused and was always professional, while making us feel like he wanted success just as much as we did. It was a pleasure working with him. The efforts of the past 3 weeks have shown me that PCCW is a great partner and I look forward to working with Ed again in the future.
