      Following the successful sale of the Oval Complex, i moved into a new role as an Assistant Property manager with JLL. I helped oversee a portfolio of 11 buildings in Dublin 2& 4. I helped ensure the smooth operation of these building on a day to day basis, and worked with new tenants in a number of the buildings facilitating them in preparing their proposed fit-outs and aiding where possible during the fit out process. I had to leave JLL in October of 2016 to move to Boston where i now reside.

      The Oval is an ultra modern, highly successful, mixed-use development. The 15,055 m2, 162,050 ft2, scheme predominantly consists of office accommodation, with other onsite facilities including a gymnasium and swimming pool and a number of retail offerings. The development has been designed around a distinctive rotunda space, with beautifully landscaped external areas and public access to the Dodder River walkway. The quality of the offices and onsite facilities has already attracted occupiers including:EirGrid, Partner Re, Avolon Aircraft Leasing, Zynga Gaming, Murex, Tableau Software, GR NEAM, Amedeo, Arch Re and Harvest Financial Services. I have overseen the development of the Oval from the finish of construction to fully occupied. During this time I have been involved in approximately 15 fit-outs and 6 dilapidations of office space as well a number of retail fit-outs. On a day to day basis I ensure the smooth running of the complex, liaising with tenants to handle any issues they have while ensuring the Landlords interest is protected. I am the point of contact for all contractors and service providers working on behalf of the Landlord.
