  Summer internship converted into part-time work during the final year of my integrated Master's degree. Responsible for developing an algorithm in MATLAB to simulate particle distributions. Generated built-in modules to accommodate real physical 3D collisions of rigid bodies as well as a novel clustering mechanism.Performed optimisation processes including converting functions into MEX execution files. Additionally, I implemented a Barnes-Hut esque algorithm to rapidly reduce particle number dependence on simulation time. Compiled a user-friendly guide so the algorithms can be utilised for further projects. Delivered presentations across the company to all international departments explaining the advancements made as well as potential future applications.
