We have worked together with Eddie in multiple projects including major game launches and big 3rd party campaigns, light recurring live-ops marketing content and everything in-between. Our collaboration has been very close, Eddie working in the role of marketing lead and me as video producer, marketing creative team lead or both. Eddie has a great combination of creativity, determination and leadership skills. He has clear strong vision and creates some of the best briefs (creatives really do value this!) but he also listens and values the ideas and input from creative team. His ability to gain mutual trust and respect with external partners, internal stakeholders and internal project team working for him is something that I especially value highly. It leads to great execution and lets the team shine. On top of that he's super fun to work with!
