Edoaurdo was introduced to me to solve an important issue with our website that went on for months and to which we couldn't find a solution to it. Very quickly he analyzed the situation found the problem and came out with the solution. He constantly kept me informed and gave me feedback. He gave me a quote with no surprises at all ( very rare these days!!!!). What he said it would cost me it ended up being the case. What I appreciate the most is that if he said he would call me that day, he would! again very rare these days. Simply exceptional customer service among the best I have experienced with any suppliers, the kind of service that I deliver to my guests/customers. Needless to say I highly recommend his services.
