I worked with Eduardo for 4 years, he was one of my principal contacts at our plant in Reynosa. He played a key role in setting up production of new products which had to meet the very demanding requirements of the heavy truck market. Working remote from a manufacturing plant obviously meant the plant manager had a much stronger role to play assisting the engineering team which was based in the US during this phase of a program. Eduardo was always easy to work with, contributed good ideas and a positive attitude, his feedback was greatly appreciated by my engineers. His work contributed to achieving 50ppm for several years at a major OEM and good on time delivery performance. We also gained TS16949 and ISO9001 certification. With our RV customers his quick response to their ever changing requirements earned the company a strong reputation and loyal customer base.

Eduardo is a great leader who is supportive of everyone who works around him. His professionalism and communication skills are excellent. Eduardo has diverse manufacturing experience with strong skills in both lean manufacturing and quality. Eduardo represented the plant with important customers and suppliers in a consistent professional manner utilizing sound business judgement and a great understanding of quality systems. I reported to Eduardo for the entire 5+ years which he was our Plant Manager. I enjoyed working with Eduardo and appreciated his support at all times.
