Eduardo is a great asset to any coaching staff. He has a high work ethic, and often spends all of his time figuring out ways to better the team or himself. I've relied on him for his practice drills and skill exercises, especially during a busy finals season. He does not need to be told what to do; he understands his directive and does what he needs to to achieve it. He's a great problem-solver, often thinking outside the box to get solutions.
