  Here I design projects mainly focused on fiber optic communications networks and installations. The installation projects can be for businesses or for the benefit of an ISP we work for. The design of these installations consist of site plans for:-Underground boring-Structure placements -Inside plant detail-As-Built -Rate units-permitting with local municipalities In addition to design work I also perform various field duties. This includes:-Recording and uploading the locations of underground utilities with GNSS receivers -measuring the heights of attachments on power/telephone poles-meeting customers and clients to determine wants and needs to be considered in project design.-going to business sites to perform site surveys-occasionally performing manhole surveys
