I knew Eduardo a a very professional and organized working person. Detailed planning is one of his skills. He is a good team player, has a good overview about complex situations and is open and interested in innovation. He tries new things controlling perfectly the risk. With Eduardo we started a new project for Santander implementing webcast for the internal communication wich is still working after Eduardo had left the company and continues beeing an important part of the Banks communication strategy.
