Supersol Spain, S.L.U. is the spin-off of the Dinosol Group (9.000 employees and annual revenue €1.200M) effective April 2012. Supersol and its subsidiaries (Cashdiplo, S.L.U. and Superdistribución Ceuta, S.L.U) are operating supermarkets and cash and carry stores in Spain, with 4.800 employees and annual revenue up to €650M I joined the Dinosol Group during June 2004 as Head of Legal, after the spin-off (April 2012) I was appointed as General Counsel, Secretary of the Board and Security Manager of Supersol Group, reporting directly to CEO of the Group and being member of the Director´s Committee. From September 2012 I am representing Supersol Group at the Board of Asedas (Asociación Nacional de Distribuidores, Autoservicios y Supermercados, www.asedas.org ), the most relevant association of supermarkets in Spain. During all this time at Dinosol and Supersol I have been dealing with relevant operations, working together with Directors, Investment Bankers, Fund Managers, Private Equity, Consultants, Auditors, Lawyers and Counsels. Main operations are the following: 1. Spin-off and sale of Mainland business of Dinosol Group. 2. Sale of Ahold Supermercados, S.L. (Spanish subsidiary of Royal Ahold). 3. Sale and lease-back of Dinosol Group’s real estate. 4. Purchase and selling of assets (stores). 5. Financing operations. 6. Litigation and Arbitration 7.
