Owner / Project Lead Developer

Mar 2022 - Nov 2022
A game business founded alongside 4 other co-owners, where we contractually acquired the IP of a specific game, to then rework and rebrand it. The game generated upwards of 300,000 USD over 7 months, with 1M monthly active users, and 25M play sessions, peaking at 7,000 concurrent users. The game also had notable partnerships with a UK-based company and has a community of over 35,000 members on its Discord server. As an owner/founder of the project, I took the role of lead programmer, responsible for the development of the game, Quality Assurance, and maintaining the game’s framework for sustainable biweekly updates. Additionally, I managed the hiring process for programmers, their integration into the team and work environment, adherence to code structure, and delegated tasks to them. I would occasionally code/develop entire updates by myself at the end of the game's life. *Game name is not disclosed for personal safety Show less
