I had the opportunity to work under Duda’s management for a year and it was a delightful experience. Duda has outstanding soft skills that make her an excellent manager able to keep her team always motivated, happy, and valued. Also, she was able to create a great work environment of trust, accountability, collaboration, enthusiasm, and development. Besides, Duda is also able to quickly adapt to changes being extremely resilient and positive. In addition, she has great hard skills in terms of event planning and organization in all formats (in person, virtual or hybrid), budget control, vendor relationships, negotiation, customer service, communications, and problem-solving. Duda always developed roadmaps for all our events which was great to keep track of all activities, status, and deadlines. Personally, I would love to work with Duda again, she made my experience at Wildlife extremely positive and great, I learned so much from here and will be always thankful for that. I would recommend her to work in any team because she is an amazing person and professional that can truly add to any business and any company would be lucky to have her on their team.
