  Network, UNIX, LInux, BSDI, FreeBSD, CISCO administrator. This was the beginning of my contact with UNIX and LINUX. Previously, I worked as a system administrator and system programmer in assembler on PDP-11 and SMEP computers with the RSX-11M and RSX-11M-Plus operating systems. It had no direct relationship with UNIX and LINUX, but I still benefit from the knowledge of the complete operating system code, the ability to search for errors, change and add OS parts, write device drivers and OS monitoring tools, even though the operating system was not Linux. Reaching this deep into any operating system gave me something I couldn't learn otherwise. Show less
