I have been working with Eduard for over 2 years in Orchestrated Analytics (IQVIA's end-to-end modular platform to provide actionable insights to diverse user personas) product development and it is my absolute pleasure to write a few lines for him. He started as a .Net Developer while he was a senior in college and by the time he graduated, he became the Team Lead of Itransition Group (our offshore development partner), which shows his tremendous progress. Eduard is monumental in the sustenance of our OA product development team. Sure, he is well-versed with state-of-the-art technologies and stuff. But it is his ability to bring in new innovations and sets of best practices, which makes him standout from his peers and results in the team's overall success. I do not want to overwhelm the writing with technical jargons, but I am compelled to mention the time he reorganized the whole micro-service layer to remove redundant HTTP queries and significantly reduced proxy traffic, which improved the dashboard applications’ response by 8%. It was a good boost for our product. We have a big geographically distributed team of 25+ members, working in different time zones. Eduard plays an important role in collaborating with the offshore hub in Minsk. Thanks to his warm and welcoming nature, we can reach out to him anytime, even at the oddest of hours, and still expect him to reply to a non-urgent query (of course we do not do that often). His team playing ability and team management skill make it very easy to meet tight deadlines and keep the development road-map on track. Eduard would be an asset to have on any team.
