  Estamp is a multinational company leader in automotive sector bulding thermal and thermo-acoustic insulation, with a strong presence in all three auto industry regions: Europe, Asia and North America. As a project manager, I am leading the develop and industrialitzation team to acieve succesfully customer needs. My main duties are:-After RFQ reception, check with RD department the best feasible solution for the customer. With the feasible and approved design, perform the cost breakdown with the calculation of the blank size and define the manufacturing process and perfom a timing to achieve customer milestones. After nomination manage the industrialitzation until SOP + 6 month inform in each step the managemnet about timing, costs, tooling construction status and production trials.-Constant contact with OEM (Renault and PSA) and Tier 1 (POAI) to improve the product to their needs, to solve issues with current parts in mass production, to present alternatives to their needs...-Lead the modifications requested by customers in mass production projects, perfome timing, safety stocks to cover modifications and work with tooling and production department to achive the milestones.During this period, I was 3 month in our factory in Wuxi (China) as a trainer of Project Manager team (4 PM in total) to show them Estamp policy about customer focus and how to lead a team with people of different departments.
