  I have successfully upgraded my area to Voucher sales, added new users and kept old, devices sales, data and voice. I have managed to increase the base of M pesa agents from 20 agents to 70 agents. I serve them by making sure they work successfully and deliver. I have managed to change the market situation, by providing better education and services. Vodacom is currently a popular network in my area. Vodacom products are selling seamlessly due to the market being good.
