I also had to prepare the financials aspects by preparing business plan, capex and opex for new potential venues in purpose to confirm the potential with our investement found. Business development - Financial planning of our operations : establishment of key ratios, breakeven point, WCR and searching for external investors - deep competitive market analysis : benchmark, 4P, evaluating all our competitors, their competitive advantages, their type of customers and the level of hostility to our intrusion to the market. - Long-term partnership negotiation for equipment (sound system, lights) and with places to organize our events. I was in charge of the negotiations. We end-up with a very interesting and exclusive partnership with 10KO Mobile and then Solotech for equipment and Le Cercle for places. Business plan preparation : - I worked on all the structural aspects of our business : Mission, Vision, Values - We prepare legal statements of the OBNL, fiscal declarations for our two years of operations, alcohol and reunion permits. Media communication plan development : - Following the media appearances opportunities we had (2 newspapers, 1 radio), we developed our communication plan for medias : key words, mission and vision pitch, future perspectives. Crisis management : - We faced a crisis for our organisation that we resolved thanks the crisis management process we developed at college : Evaluation of the informations, estimation of the 5 most important stakeholders, preparing our communication for each one, controlling the information by communicating before the media.
