I had the pleasure of working with Edouard as an Onsite & CRM manager at Cdiscount Vietnam. The team was under the daily/weekly pressure of the target as always but Ed did manage to define the right priority to do and keep the team excited towards a clear long term vision. Ed's leadership empowered people around him to get the work done in the most efficient way they think and didn't mind giving chances for people to fail then learn from it.
