TA Partners is a leading EU company in the HR sector, by providing head hunting and consulting services mainly in corporate, legal and medical areas. In TAP I worked actively on both head hunting and Business Development activities, supporting the Snr. Recruitment Consultant - Account Manager. When I started my student internship, I spent the early weeks to support the traditional head hunting activities, working actively on all the steps of the active search. Later, for the remaining months, I had a full focus on the Business Development, managing autonomously some different portfolios. My main responsabilties were: mapping new prospects, according to the strategic plan of the company; to manage the contacts with the leads generated; to plan and to participate to the meeting with the leads generated. Thanks to the Business Development activity, I had the opportunity to manage the relationship with many key figures of companies >500/1000 employees (i.e. CEO/CFO/HR Director etc.). Show less

Gympass is a leading company in the corporate wellbeing market with a 2.2B valuation. In Gympass Italia I got assigned several tasks, reporting directly to the CEO and to the Head of Partnership. - the early months were splitted between an Inside Sales activity and some analysis activities, developing autonomously a database able to monitor the weekly team performance (e.g., deals and negotiations status and reporting). - Reporting directly to the CEO Italy, during a transition period, I coordinated a team composed by 6 team members. The main responsabilities were: to manage the Business Development by mapping new prospects, managing consequently the email campaigns; to manage the portfolio of the several team members, assigning them the leads autonomously generated; to analyse the deals and negotiations performance; to manage the reporting activity onto the rest of the company. - Eventually, reporting directly to the Head of Partnership, I managed the activities listed above with a main focus on BD and on several analysis, monitoring monthly performance and forecasting further earnings/losses. Supporting the Head of Partnership we revised completely the economics of Partnerships business area. Show less
