Edmond is an intelligent and deeply creative person. We worked together as volunteers in the VSO community development projects and I was always inspired by his work in health, youth empowerment, and disability inclusion.

In Kenya I had the privilege to work close to Edmond for 8 months. We worked together on the Young Entrepreneurs and Employment Programme in Machakos. During that time I knew Edmond as very communicative skilled person who is very committed to his work without forgetting to have fun and a big smile doing it. The words reliable and responsible would fit him best. Next to that, Edmond is a professional with a high rate on learning agility, he is always willing to gain new skills by experiencing new techniques and is continuously looking for feedback during the process. For example; As we both worked together on our public speaking skills I could see him grow his skills by the week and he was always asking feedback and discussing techniques.

I had a direct experience with various businesses in Nakuru by my interaction with the entrepreneurs. i helped them understand their businesses better besides trying to innovate some aspects with an aim of growing the businesses. Entrepreneurship is the key to financial security. this became real over the period as i witnessed entrepreneurs gain this kind of security. i believe this lays the solution to the unemployment situation in Kenya.
