I have known and worked with Ed LeMarbe over the past 10 years. Ed is a brilliant Engineer, and I only use that word for engineers that not only know their technologies, but that can also communicate with those of us who are not engineers! Ed has the skills needed to be a top notch department head as his people skills are great and he is a very creative thinker when it comes to finding solutions to problems, be it technical or general business related Ed has the experience to think it all the way through. I was responsible for a program that brought a large client to the Company. Ed was my right and left hands during that project as he dealt with the "project critical" details, and we would not have secured that business if it had not been for Ed's contributions to the total TEAM effort. Ed's maturity and unflappable nature was instrumental in getting a large organization moving in one direction for the good of the customer. I highly recommend him as an engineer, an associate, or as a leader. Ed has also proved time and time again to be a well rounded, thoughtful, and sincere individual, that I am proud to call a friend as well as a business associate.
