As a docent at Oakland Museum, I have reported to Cedith for several years. She is amazingly patient, focused on people, works tirelessly. She and her small staff coordinate the activities of a large number of retirees with a range o ambitions, ideas, opinions. I have often stood to the side and observed Cedith working with these often-conflicting individuals with seemingly unending understanding and patience. She is a fine leader of people and would be an asset to any company or organization where she might work.
