Continuous improvement of the supply chain module of ERP system The following achievements demonstrate my success in this position: • e-shop (www.d-one.lt) definition and management of the technical tasks for connecting Opencart and Rivilė systems • Budgeting and analysis of its implementation • New 3PL service provider was introduced following successful tender. Organizing stock relocation to new warehouse in order to reduce logistics costs and improve quality of the supply chain processes (~1000 SKU, ~600 m3 of stock) • Fully implemented integration of purchase order information between warehouse and accounting system • Designed and implemented company's stock transportation strategy in the Baltic States, Europe and USA • A product demand analysis tool has been developed that automatically calculates demand and provides forecasts • Designed tools for warehouse balances and stockpiles control which improved reporting and decisions making for the management • Developed tools which allowed complex report GPAIS (Product, Packaging and Waste Accounting Information System) to be submitted in digital form Show less
