My name is Laura Nederbragt and I have worked with Edie as her sales manager for over 7 years and have seen first hand how she can build a business through relationships and effective communication. When Edie began with Summit Bodyworks, the organization had been struggling with customer service complaints and strained relationships from Field Managers with our partners. Edie took the challenge head on to rebuild the trust with our partners and did so quickly. Sales and production immediately saw an increase and our partner confidence level significantly improved. Edie is also a very organized and a process driven sales person. Her role required to not only sell but also to manage a large volume of customers and all of the documentation that comes with selling a specialty vehicle. It is a very complicated sales process and she was consistently finding ways to improve the process wherever she could. Edie is a passionate and goal oriented salesperson who would be a great asset to any organization she works for.

      I love being in sales. I truly enjoyed nearly 20 years of helping people sell their home and seeing new families buy their first home was so rewarding. I enjoyed helping each customer through the stages that every buyer goes through. Seeing them walk away from the closing table with keys to their new home and a big heart warming smile made my day. I took pleasure in creating a friendship with my customers. I loved my job and I did it well. Working hard for a customer was something that I took pride in. It did not matter the time or energy that needed to be put in because all that mattered is that they were able to buy or sell their home and that they walked away happy. At the end of the day all I wanted was to see a happy customer!
