Installed and maintained cmp equipment for 200mm and 300mm platforms. Traveled 100% of the time. Decommissioned cmp equipment in Dresden, Germany and installed it in Porto, Portugal. Decommissioned etch,cvd and pvd equipment in Hinschu, Taiwan. Supported a 200mm factory from 2011 to 2012 working on Mirra Mesa polishers and Ontrak scrubbers. Worked with engineering on different projects to help improve equipment availability. Most Current: Lam Research Engineer Technician working on Alpha builds; ALD oxide and Strata systems. Worked side by side with engineers and tech writers on capturing pictures and details on how to build these new systems. I wrote issue logs and worked with engineers on fixing schematics or drawings to match the system. Show less
