I was involved with a project to survey Akumal Bay’s seagrass biomass by taking quadrat measurements. I assisted the data collection of projects on turtle conservation: day snorkels investigating tourist interactions affecting green turtles’ (Chelonia mydas) behaviour and night nesting surveys (Caretta caretta).
