      Spearheaded the first KBS project to include both student and senior management collaboration. Achieved ethical approval to audit reading lists across our Business and Marketing programmes. Prepared a proposal and budget which negotiated funding from two primary stakeholders. Supervised four officers to support delivery of this project. Planned and coordinated a series of 3 events to stimulate advocacy for equality, diversity & inclusivity in Business, building partnerships with the Mayor of Medway, Stonewall, HSBC, Oxford Brookes University, Britain’s Bravest Manufacturing Company & KMTV. Founders, CEO’s & Regional Directors came into KBS inspiring the staff & students. This resulted in a BAME student network, curriculum review, & 90% students expressed increased confidence in challenging the status quo. Designed and executed a visual campaign promoting BAME student success. I orchestrated the installation of a series of framed artwork pieces depicting BAME Business graduates with inspiring quotes. 92% of students reported being pleased the school was celebrating student success visually. 56% of BAME students reported feeling more confidence in achieving after seeing BAME role models. Analysed and presented data to senior management and the wider academic team of 112 staff, highlighting attainment gaps and areas for growth and improvement ahead of a demographic dip impacting income and student intake.
