A baseline of my general duties in this role below – this is simply a basic summary. I was an integral part of the everyday running of two businesses under the Petherbridge banner. CMS (Capital Maintenance Services) absorbed Petherbridge roofing and traded as two business, One Roofing and one Plumbing, I was the administrator and operations coordinator for both businesses. • Frontline contact. • Responsible for all scheduling of roofing and plumbing works. • Correspondence and negotiation with commercial contracts for plumbing and roofing works. Executing work orders. • Quoting and invoicing all plumbing works (commercial and residential) • Implementation and training of Aroflo as a new scheduling and quoting system. • Responsible for all new trades people having access to and knowledge of Aroflo. • Coding and templates for Aroflo forms. • Training new staff to quote and schedule roofing and plumbing jobs. • Organising and running meetings with tradespeople to ensure compliance and efficiency within the business. • General organisation of the office (e.g., filing, updating invoices, ensuring all tradespeople have up to date certificates and qualifications) • compilation of CM3 certification documentation quarterly. • First contact to both Directors for all day to day business operations. There was a third business (The Metal Shop) that was under the same banner – Over time, I took over a percentage of the administration for this business. I trained the Metal Shop staff to use Aroflo and assisted them with the sale of certain materials however this was not my main role. Show less
