Understand and embody the key vision, mission and culture of SAMM in order to guide long-term goal and strategy, and ensure day-to-day activities are aligned with these goals. In collaboration with the Executive Committee develop and implement the strategic and cultural direction for SAMM. Maintain an understanding of all SAMM activities in order to provide feedback and guidance to team members, as well as represent our activities to external partners. Facilitate and encourage the collaboration between departments while empowering each team to fulfill goals. Provide motivation and support to all members in the Committee.
