I have had the opportunity to work with Edel on a number of occasions; from studio shoots, large branding projects and multi day location shoots. Edel has always had the right attitude on set and steered the team in the right direction, allowing me to do my job of creating engaging creative content. Every shoot has issues, but Edel has a skill of fixing them or finding solutions before it impacts the shoot.

Bradwell Media was the UK’s largest full-service content agency at the time, and a marketing division of Argos. In this position I worked closely with clients and key stakeholders to understand their brief and suggest fully researched video concepts. I worked collaboratively with stylists, set-builders, videographers and editors, to ensure projects are delivered on time and to brief. It was my responsibility to: • Manage the daily content production of the studio space as a key decision maker within the studio system. • Work with the client services team to ensure all briefs received, understood and a quote is returned in a timely manner. • Develop creative concepts based on a brief and produce supporting materials such as storyboards and mood boards to pitch back to the client. • To brief videographers, editors and all relevant crew and ensure they had access to storyboards, mood boards, and scripts. Also support with demonstrations, props, set up and any other aspects of the production to ensure all of the client requirements were met. • Work to ensure that all client and key stakeholder needs were met and that we were hitting production timelines as well as SLA’s and KPI’s. • Maintain strong brand guidelines by supporting the studio with category or product specific content guidelines. • Work flexibly on the studio floor or on location alongside videographers where necessary; Liaise with all teams required to ensure the shoot and edit runs smoothly, providing creative and production support throughout.
