  In charge of processing payments via eCheck, Credit Card, Cash, and Physical Checks and refunds electronically and via check request using Microsoft Dynamics and Excel. Keeps electronic records of the AR processes completed in a professional, organized fashion in the correct folders with the correct description. All cash receipts logged weekly electronically with appropriate coding and to designated bank accounts. AR report updated monthly with reminders and warnings to late due accounts, delinquent accounts deactivated and reactivated at AR Specialist's discretion. Invoicing produced monthly for 100+ accounts via Excel, delivered by email. Produces credit memos, invoices, new customer profiles, statements, Aging reports when needed. Customer interactions through email and telephone; professional tone and language to help collect information for payment or aid in general business inquiries. Enters journal entries where needed to balance accounts and assign payments and credit memos to corresponding invoices.
