      Administration of Australian Apprenticeship/Traineeship data and documentation. Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Duties: • Liaise with Registered Training Organisations to ensure the appropriate matching of Training Plan Proposals with National Training Contracts • Liaising & providing excellent customer service to clients/employers and Registered Training Organisations and ensuring records are updated on the Job Ready System as advised/required. • Commitment to adapt, learn and implement new processes and procedures / new systems when required. • Liaise with clients and Consultants both over the phone as well as through emails regarding Australian Apprenticeships paperwork and ability to communicate effectively to resolve issues as they arise. • Record client documentation (including claim forms/cancellations/variations) into both ABAC and TYIMS databases according to ABAC procedures. • Maintain Apprenticeship / Traineeship filing system in accordance with ABAC & Australian Government procedures • Administration of incoming and outgoing mail and faxes • Record/Action/Archive closed files in accordance with ABAC & Australian Government procedures • Maintain in accordance with Australian Government requirements Transfers & filing of employer contact visit sheets • Maintain integrity of both ABAC and TYIMS databases • Maintain confidentiality of clients/Australian Apprentice information • Service incoming client enquiries efficiently and in an organised manner. • Work on Projects as and when required both in a team environment as well as individually.
