  As a graduate student I developed new precision medicine technologies for studying how patient derived cancer cells respond to cancer therapy to help identify effective therapies that the patient will respond to. We benchmarked our approach against existing gold standard technologies and showed that our technique is concordant with the existing technologies but also obtains more information about cell drug response that can be used for better understanding how how individual cells respond to therapy. I also developed a data processing pipeline to manage data transport, storage, and analysis of terabytes of data from acquisition to publication. Show less
