I worked with Eddie at Philips for a number of years. Eddie held a challenge of having a dual role as Sr. Manager (Team Lead) and hands-on Project and Program Manager; he did both extremely well. I always looked forward to working with Eddie on projects we were assigned to together. He was also a strong contributor to our management team discussions providing insights for resource growth and engagement. He also supported giving stretch targets to resources holding interest in project management careers and mentored them in this career move. Eddie dedication is a true asset to any team or company he's working with.

I worked with Eddie Gutierrez at Philips as his direct manager. In his dual role as Senior Project Manager and Team Lead, Eddie brought a unique combination of team leadership, collaboration, technical knowledge, organization and structure that consistently led to successful outcomes of his projects and a highly engaged team. Eddie had the challenge of managing large, complex projects concurrently, while managing a team that was distributed in various parts of the US. It took a tremendous amount of collaboration, negotiation and organization skills, and Eddie was extremely successful at it. He is a team player who is always looking for ways to improve processes and tools, and he creates an atmosphere where everyone’s ideas are welcomed and encouraged to learn from each other’s successes and failures. Eddie would be a great asset to any company looking for a Project / Program Manager that can be trusted to deliver great results!
