  As a UX Designer​ and Researcher​, played a leading role in the design and refinement of dozens of Rush Digital’s​ cutting-edge, award-winning projects, with clients that included the likes of Visa, Z Energy, ASB Bank, and Starship Children's Hospital.These covered a wide range of technologies including Apps, Web, VR, AR, Computer Vision, Gaming​, etc.HIGHLIGHTS:Z ENERGY DIGITAL INNOVATION PROJECTS: ​played a key role in the design, research, and refinement of a range of Z Energy​ digital products including their award-winning "Fastlane" product, a project that involved using licence plate recognition for a seamless payment journey.   As the sole Business Analyst at the time, gathered and synthesized software requirements for most of Rush Digital's highly ambitious projects, with clients that included the likes of Heineken, Samsung, Sheraton, Dentsply Sirona, ASB Bank, and TVNZ.Responsibilities included leading workshops, research activities, and creating documentation in a role that would eventually transform into UX Design.HIGHLIGHTS:HEINEKEN: Working in collaboration with Saatchi & Saatchi, was the Lead Business Analyst in a highly ambitious project that rewarded Heineken customers loyalty points based on their entering a Heineken licensed bar. Amongst the many technical challenges included being able to pinpoint a user's location more accurately than what GPS was capable of in order to comply with NZ liquor laws; this during a time in which Pokémon GO had not yet made geolocation mainstream. DENTSPLY SIRONA: created the software requirements for multiple apps commissioned by Dentsply Sirona, the world's leading provider of dental products and technologies. Worked collaboratively with remote teams based in almost a dozen countries around the world.DOWNER ENGINEERING EJMS: ​gathered requirements and designed the Enterprise Job Management System intended to be used for their Infrastructure division nationwide, travelling on the passenger seat on road trips of up to 100km with Downer construction staff to gain contextual field insights.
