Eddie is an exceptional individual who possesses great leadership qualities. He is driven and passionate about the property management industry and his committment to excellence reflects just that. Eddie is great at building successful teams who remain loyal to him and the company he represents. He is the "Lease Up King" and I don't know of anyone who can match his talents relative to new developments. Eddie's overall asset knowledge spans over the course of 25 plus years and serves him well in his current position at Greystar.

Established monthly and quarterly reporting to investors including lender reserve replacement draw requests, quarterly investor distributions for over 100 investors per community.
