  As Director of Client Care at Steps to recovery I perform multiple tasks that include, managing our client care department, determining finances for potential patients, organize file and communicate daily census with qualified StR staff, act as liaison between our admissions, outreach, clinical, billing, and utilization review departments. The roles of our Client Care department include responsibilities such as, acting as a communicating link between client families, referral sources, and StR qualified employees. Reporting, documenting and filing client related forms such as, intake, family consent forms, referral information. Client care department is responsible for quality assurance checkups with all discharged StR clients from our different programs. We manage issues relevant to a client such as FMLA, disability, legal, financial, and EAP correspondence to assure a client the best opportunity to returning back to everyday life without the use of drugs or alcohol. As Director of Client Care I over see the Utilization Review along with our billing and claims department. I keep daily maintenance over our census and bed availability and maintain and regulated therapist to client ratio.

We take everything into consideration when creating a treatment plan in order to provide each individual with the best possible plan for long term recovery.Our facilities, ranging from detox to outpatient care allow StR addiction professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan that ensures a full continuum of care and optimal length of stay. Each of our Addiction Treatment facilities specializes in helping get suffering addicts back on their feet through an individualized approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, and relapse prevention allowing each client to grow to the achievement of their fullest potential.
