All American Millwork is a solid wood door manufacturer located in Miami Florida. All American sells to Home Depot, Lowes, Ace and individual millworks throughout the US. AAM specializes in Impact Rated wood entry doors, as well as a custom line. Provided quotes for custom orders on a daily basis, and follow up on quotes to ensure sales. Revaluated quote profitability by creating enhanced calculation methods. Increased quote conversion from 6% to 12% with tracking and customer communication. Inspected and approved marketing materials such as; product catalog, ad campaigns, and fax blasts. Managed all aspects of purchasing department including; forecasting, budgeting, ordering, and insuring order accuracy/timeliness. Coordinated daily/weekly production and company meetings to state objectives and monitor progress. Processed orders with custom specifications, and final customer approvals. Implemented company custom order deposit and final payment policies. Processed payroll for 15-20 employees on ADP Payroll System. Entered payroll weekly into QuickBooks, and provide weekly hourly and pay report to management. Organized and consolidated inventory in four warehouses, achieving space optimization. Coordinated physical inventory counts on annual and quarterly basis. Managed production flow to achieve weekly shipments of +$50,000.00. Leading to an annual increase of $1,600,000 for 2010, a $700,000.00 increase from 2005, and an 8% average annual increase. Developed inventory coding system for over 4,500 products Coded and developed inventory codes for over 4,500 items. Then created a Building of Materials for over 800 sku variations for shop floor.
