"Highly strategic" is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Eddie. We worked together at 2 different companies and both times, Eddie, a highly skilled Human Resources Leader, has demonstrated unique abilities to juggle multiple, high visibility projects at once, which made a dramatic difference in the productivity of the team. He also stands out with balancing big picture thinking with the needs of operations, and provide solutions that consider all functions of the organization. On a personal note, I enjoyed listening to Eddie's outdoor adventures, which always taught you one thing or two about the local community!

Eddie is a solid leader who brings professionalism and knowledge the workplace. While working through complex issues I found his guidance to be consistent, knowledgeable and precise. In every interaction he came to the table unbiased and looking for all the facts before coming to a conclusion. Eddie is a great team member who brings tremendous value to any organization.
