I have had the pleasure of being a part of Ed's team in my last two positions with Avnet. What I enjoyed most about working with Ed is that he could quickly adapt himself as an asset to the strategy, adding value by his participation. I believe his success stems from his ability to quickly align with a firms business model and suggest plans that increase revenue from the firms base, while also helping new customer acquisition. In addition, he brings a creative dimension to suggesting business model changes, and career plan suggestions for his team members.

Ed is one of the best sales managers I've worked with. He has great relationships with all of the accounts in his territory. He's a straight shooter, and that's what customer's respect about him. During my brief time working with Ed we've engaged with several new customers in the SAN market, and he was the main catalyst that enabled us get designed in to these key accounts. Very detailed oriented, has profiles of every customer we visit. Doesn't play the politics game, and does what's best for the company as a whole. Would be a great asset to any company looking for a strong sales manager in the storage market.
